Grown and prized in Japan for their huge size and very sweet flesh. A blackish-purple variety with high sugar content and moderate acidity.

During July this year in Singapore I tasted export quality Kyoho grapes (from Taiwan) for the first time. I've been looking for them for sale here ever since. Closest I got was a bunch of Campbell Early (one of the parents of Kyoho) imported from Korea; I finished them all before you could say grace.
So now I want to grow my own, and hope Waimea Nurseries can let me know when and where I can shop for them.
